Announcement according to Article 26a WpHG regarding total voting rights

GILDEMEISTER Aktiengesellschaft hereby announces that at the end of the month September 2013 the total number of voting rights amounts to a total of 78,817,994 voting rights.

The change in the total number of voting rights became effective on September 17, 2013.
