By letter of 1 October 2012 BlackRock, Inc., New York (NY) has informed us according to § 21 para 1 WpHG, that their share of voting rights of GILDEMEISTER Aktiengesellschaft, Gildemeisterstraße 60, 33689 Bielefeld, Germany, has exceeded the threshold of 3% as at 25 September 2012 and amounts to 3.08% (1,853,099 shares). The attribution of the voting rights is effected according to § 22 para 1 sentence 1 no. 6 in conjunction with sentence 2 WpHG.

By letter of 1 October 2012 BlackRock Holdco 2, Inc., Wilmington (DE), USA, has informed us according to § 21 para 1 WpHG, that their share of voting rights of our company has exceeded the threshold of 3% as at 25 September 2012 and amounts to 3.08% (1,852,135 shares). The attribution of the voting rights is effected according to § 22 para 1 sentence 1 no. 6 in conjunction with sentence 2 WpHG.

The attribution of the voting rights is effected according to § 22 para 1 sentence 1 no. 6 in conjunction with sentence 2 WpHG.
