By letter of 4 November 2008 M.M. Warburg-LuxInvest S.A., Luxemburg, Luxemburg, has informed us according to § 21 para 1 WpHG, that their share of voting rights of GILDEMEISTER Aktiengesellschaft, Gildemeisterstraße 60, 33689 Bielefeld, Germany, has fallen below the threshold of 3% as at 3 November 2008 and amounts to 2.98% (1,288,959 shares).
