Release according to sec. 26 para 1 WpHG

By letter of 17 March 2014 Allianz Global Investors Europe GmbH, Frankfurt/Main, Germany, has informed us according to § 21 para 1 WpHG, that their share of voting rights of DMG MORI SEIKI AKTIENGESELLSCHAFT, Gildemeisterstraße 60, 33689 Bielefeld, Germany, has exceeded the threshold of 3% as at 13 March 2014 and amounts to 3.04% (2,398,628 shares) at this day. 233,599 voting rights (0.30%) are attributed to Allianz Global Investors Europe GmbH  according to § 22 para 1 sentence 1 no. 6 WpHG.
