By letter of 12 March 2012 Mori Seiki International S.A., Le Locle, Switzerland, has informed us according to § 21 para 1 WpHG, that their share of voting rights of GILDEMEISTER Aktiengesellschaft, Gildemeisterstraße 60, 33689 Bielefeld, Germany, has fallen below the threshold of 3% as at 9 March 2012 and amounts to 0% (0 shares) at this date.
