On 1 March 2007, Governance for Owners LLP, London, Great Britain, has informed us according to § 21 para 1 WpHG, that its voting rights on our company have exceeded the 3% limit of voting rights on 28 February and now amount to 3.02%, corresponding to 1,308,873 voting rights.
