Release according to sec. 26 para 1 WpHG

By letter of 10 July 2015 Cornwall GmbH & CO. KG, Schönefeld OT Selchow, Germany, has informed us according to sec. 21 para. 1 WpHG, that its share of voting rights of DMG MORI AKTIENGESELLSCHAFT, Gildemeisterstraße 60, 33689 Bielefeld, Germany, has fallen below the thresholds of 3%, 5%, 10% and 15% as at 9 July 2015 and amounts to 0.14% (110,137 out of a total of 78,817,994 voting rights ) at this day.

By letter of 10 July 2015 Cornwall 2 GmbH & CO. KG, Schönefeld OT Selchow, Germany, has informed us according to sec. 21 para. 1 WpHG, that its share of voting rights of DMG MORI AKTIENGESELLSCHAFT, Gildemeisterstraße 60, 33689 Bielefeld, Germany, has exceeded the thresholds of 3%, 5%, 10% and 15% as at 9 July 2015 and amounts to 15.02% (11,835,000 out of a total of 78,817,994 voting rights ) at this day.
