Release according to sec. 26 para 1 WpHG

By letter of 26 January 2015 the DMG MORI SEIKI CO., LTD, Nara, Japan has informed us according to sec. 21 para. 1 WpHG, that their share of voting rights of DMG MORI SEIKI AKTIENGESELLSCHAFT, Gildemeisterstraße 60, 33689 Bielefeld, Germany, has exceeding the threshold of 25% as at 26 January 2015 and amounts to 26.50% (20,885,680 voting rights) at this day.
