By letter of 27 September 2007, Governance for Owners LLP, London, Great Britain, has informed us according to § 21 para 1 WpHG, that their share of voting rights of GILDEMEISTER Aktiengesellschaft, Gildemeisterstraße 60, 33689 Bielefeld, Germany, has fallen below the threshold of 3% as at 27 September and amounts to 2.94% which corresponds to 1,274,761 voting rights.
