Research and development
DMG MORI continues to align its entire portfolio with the mission of being the comprehensive solutions provider in the manufacturing environment for customers. In 2026, together with its parent company DMG MORI COMPANY LIMITED, DMG MORI AG plans to introduce 18 innovations: 10 machine tools, 2 automation solutions, digital innovations, 1 new technology cycle, and 3 new DMG MORI components.

In the first half of the year, the diversified product portfolio was expanded by 7 new machine tools, including the CTX 450 4A and the DMU 65 H monoBLOCK 2. Generation.

Forecast
The global outlook for 2026 remains subdued. While initial signs of a slight recovery are emerging in certain sectors, persistent geopolitical uncertainties – in particular the conflict in the Middle East and the associated elevated energy prices and supply chain disruptions – are expected to continue weighing noticeably on the global economic development.

DMG MORI AG held its ground in this still challenging market environment during the first half of 2026. The increase in order intake, revenue and free cashflow confirms the positive business performance and provides important momentum for the second half of the year. Based on this development and the strong customer demand in the first half of 2026, the Executive Board has decided to raise its full-year guidance. For the fiscal year 2026, DMG MORI AG now targets order intakes between € 2.4 billion and € 2.6 billion (so far: € 2.3 billion and € 2.5 billion), sales revenues between € 2.1 billion and € 2.3 billion (so far: € 2.0 billion and € 2.2 billion), EBIT between € 100 million and € 120 million (so far: € 90 million and € 110 million), and free cashflow between € 90 million and € 110 million (so far: € 80 million and € 100 million).

We expect positive momentum in the second half from the AMB trade show in Stuttgart (15-19 September 2026), where DMG MORI will present innovative solutions specifically tailored to the needs of its customers.
