GILDEMEISTER to Expand Executive Team
Bielefeld. At its meeting yesterday, the Supervisory Board of GILDEMEISTER Aktiengesellschaft appointed Michael Welt, who holds a master’s degree in business administration, to the Executive Board as of January 1, 2003. The 47-year-old has worked for GILDEMEISTER as a commercial director at DECKEL MAHO in Pfronten for six years. He will take over the organisational units Controlling, Purchasing and Information Technologies.
Dr.-Ing. Raimund Klinkner, Doctor of Engineering Science, was appointed Deputy Chairman of the Executive Board as of January 1, 2003.
